Severe hypertriglyceridemia (sHTG) affects millions of people and may increase the risk of acute pancreatitis, stroke, and heart attack. This website is for people living with sHTG and genetic causes of sHTG, such as familial chylomicronemia syndrome (FCS).^1-6
